Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Full-Time, Weekend Availability (Arabic-Speaking Preferred)

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This position requires weekend availability, and preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Arabic to better serve our Arabic-speaking patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Provide comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the supervising physician and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Administer medications, injections, and other medical treatments as required.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support and mentor other staff members when necessary.
  • Adhere to all medical and ethical guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of [State].
  • At least [X] years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in [relevant specialty or field].
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
