Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive inpatient care across diverse medical settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage acute medical care cases in General medical floors, transitional care unit and Acute rehab floor.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care and discharge planning and attend daily Multidisciplinary rounds.
- Utilize Epic to document medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Experience
- Proven experience working in hospital medicine preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic.
- Strong background in managing Hospital medicine patients.
Pay: $116,176.37 – $139,911.31 per year
