Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about primary care, comfortable managing adult patients.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Four-day workweek (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
- No weekends or evening shifts
- Supportive, team-oriented practice
- Independent practice with flexibility and autonomy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on adult patients
- Conduct routine visits for preventative visits, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate closely with our other providers and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Engage in preventative care and value-based care initiatives
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Idaho
- Certification in Family Medicine preferred
- Experience in adult family medicine or geriatrics preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Efficient and timely documentation skills

Pay: $115,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
