Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are needing to be filled for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in Mid-August!
KidAbilities PC is a therapist owned pediatric therapy company providing OT, PT and SLP services in the Boise area. We are seeking 1 full-time and 1 part – time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based support for our school district, only 30 – 40 minutes from Boise. Excellent compensation (DOE – Between $45-51 per hour to start), Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid travel to and from home and in between school sites as well as mileage reimbursement, paid yearly continuing education, PTO, paid monthly stipend, Company Matching Investment plan, paid yearly OT license renewal, flexible schedule, etc. SLP may choose to work from home one day a week to do paperwork… write reports, progress reports, emails, phone calls, etc. Therapist will be provided all the necessary materials to perform duties such as therapy equipment, assessment materials, computer/laptop and therapy room in which services can be delivered.
