Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including adolescent through adult patients. Your expertise will support health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic illness management, and patient education. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and excellence. Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients, utilizing your strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system to document patient encounters accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and medical records management.
  • Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and support patients remotely with diagnosis, medication management, and health coaching.

Requirements

  • Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Proven experience in primary care settings with familiarity in acute care environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills including performing physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations like laboratory testing.
  • Knowledge of CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10 coding standards for diagnoses is advantageous.
  • Experience working with diverse populations

Pay: $57.00 – $65.00 per hour
