Full Job Description
Monday-Friday; 8a-5p clinic and/or day call(to include one hour unpaid lunch)
- Call rotation: 1:4
- Reason for coverage: to help fill in for a Provider that is leaving the unit.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health, hospital consults
- Average number of patients per day: 8-11
- Total number of beds: 28 adult, 8 adolescent
- Child/adolescent ages to be seen: 8-17
- Ages 8+
- 2 APPs in practice and 1 in the ER
- PA will be working autonomously
- EMR: Cerner
- Level III Trauma
- Additional information of procedures and expectations listed in attached practice description
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days

REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified – Required
- IA license or IMLC – Required
- Strong/recent inpatient experience due to limited support in the unit – REQUIRED (notate years of exp at time of name clear)
- No new grads – Required
- Must be available full time
