Responsibilities

- Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to support clinical assessments.
- Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
- Document medical information precisely using medical terminology and ICD coding standards for billing and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and patient privacy.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a positive experience during each visit.
Experience
- Familiarity with EHR systems, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology principles, and ICD coding a plus but willing to train
- Customer service exp.
