Full Job Description

Role Title: Aesthetic Physician Assistant

Focus: Botox, Filler, Weight Loss, Body SculptingType: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on alignment)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and polished Physician Assistant with focused experience in aesthetic medicine—specifically Botox, dermal fillers, and ideally weight loss or body sculpting services. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve natural, confident results through premium treatments that reflect the Precision brand: subtle, elevated, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Botox and dermal filler injections with precision and aesthetic judgment
• Consult with patients on desired outcomes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer or oversee non-invasive body contouring services (e.g., lipotropic injections, RF, cavitation, etc.)
• Maintain exceptional pre/post-procedure documentation and patient follow-up
• Assist in shaping a high-touch aesthetic culture aligned with our concierge model
• Collaborate in content/media creation for marketing if aligned

Ideal Traits:

• 3+ years aesthetics experience (Botox, filler required)
• Bonus: Experience or interest in body sculpting or medical weight loss
• Calm, confident presence with a luxury-service mindset
• Interest in longevity with a growing team
• Willing to train others or help structure the aesthetic lane over time

Education Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS, MHS, or MMSc) from an accredited PA program
• National certification by the NCCPA (Physician Assistant-Certified, PA-C)
• Valid and unrestricted Georgia state license (or ability to obtain)
• Certification or documented training in Botox/Dermal Fillers is expected
• Bonus: Training or certification in body sculpting, IV therapy, or medical weight loss

Add-Ons / Incentives

• Revenue sharing or bonuses based on patient retention or service volume
• Tiered pay increases as they grow into training others or lead role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 – $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
