Physician Assistant – Orthopedic & Regenerative Medicine | Precision Health & Wellness
About the Role:Precision Health & Wellness is actively expanding our integrative care offerings. We are seeking a Physician Assistant with experience or high interest in orthopedics, pain management, and regenerative therapy. This role is ideal for a PA who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, and the clinical impact of advanced healing modalities—from PRP to stem cell to testosterone optimization.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct focused evaluations for sports-related injuries, chronic joint pain, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and age-related degeneration
- Perform and/or train in joint injections, PRP,
- Testosterone pellet insertion (TestoPels), and regenerative treatments (Preferably)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including Medical Director, NPs, Chiropractors, and HRT providers
- Co-create patient treatment plans that integrate pain management, hormone optimization, and musculoskeletal repair
- Support ongoing innovation in stem cell, exosome, and cellular-based interventions (experience welcomed, training offered)
Who You Are:
- Licensed PA in Georgia, unrestricted
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or functional wellness strongly preferred
- Familiarity or working knowledge of PRP, stem cell, or hormone optimization a plus
- Team-first operator who thrives in clinical autonomy, yet values system structure and patient experience
- Motivated to lead or grow into a future leadership pathway within a regenerative or pain-focused department

Licensure & Credentials:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA Certified
- Georgia PA License (Active and Unrestricted)
- DEA License (required for HRT/controlled prescriptions)
- BLS/ACLS preferred
Preferred Experience:
- 4-7 years in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, pain management, or sports therapy
- Experience with joint injections, PRP, or biologic interventions preferred
- Familiarity with integrative and functional models of care a strong plus
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in musculoskeletal evaluation and diagnostic review
- Capable of PRP, TestoPel, and regenerative injection protocol
- Patient education with clarity, warmth, and clinical confidence
- EMR proficiency and consistent procedural documentation
- Collaborative, decisive, and outcomes-oriented.
