OverviewThe Nurse Practitioner/PA is responsible for providing quality patient care during office visits, pre-procedure, and Post-Procedure Phases. The PA/ NP will perform in office injection procedures. The NP/PA serves as a resource, and collaborates with other members of the team by utilizing the clinic process to promote optimum patient care outcomes in accordance with our philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards.

- The NP/ PA will work directly with vascular surgeon providing quality patient care services from diagnostic, pre-procedure and post care.
- Performs in office injection po
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Ensure policies and practices effectively support sound and safe patient care.
- Works closely with Administration to ensure the organization complies with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Reviews patient history and screens documents for Physician final review and medical clearance for surgery.
- Interfaces with primary care physicians, specialists and various disciplines to assist patient with procedure preparation and post-operative care.
- Participates in data collection and analysis of clinical outcomes of care.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options
- Review Diagnostic reports , interpret and explain results to the patient.
Experience
- Master of Science in Nursing for NP or PA certificate
- Must have RN licensure in the state of GA or PA certificate
- Preferred- 1 year experience as an NP or PA – Ideal candidate will have surgical/ procedural experience preferably in vascular
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology related to vascular health
- Proven experience in performing phlebotomy procedures
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Experience
- Knowledge of sterile technique
- Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Strong understanding of Incident To services
- Strong customer service and communications skills and the ability to articulate, educate both verbally and in written form to patients and healthcare pro

Pay: $114,585.00 – $119,745.00 per year
