Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mid-Level Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our Orthopaedics team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English to provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population. This role involves working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical staff to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform focused physical exams. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and lab studies. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Assist in both surgical and non-surgical management of orthopaedic conditions. Provide patient education, including post-operative care instructions, preventive care, and rehabilitation guidance. Perform in-office procedures (e.g., joint injections, splinting, casting, wound care). Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records. Communicate effectively with patients and families in both Korean and English to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Georgia. Certification by NCCPA (for PA) or board certification as NP. At least 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedics, sports medicine, or related field. Fluency in Korean and English preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
