APP Neurosurgery Piedmont Columbus
Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join a very busy Neurosurgical practice at Piedmont Columbus Regional.
In this role you will:
Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations and record data in patients medical record in ambulatory practice. Clinical responsibilities require thorough attention to detail.
Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care.
Write progress notes; prepare patient work-ups and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings.
Develop plans of care that minimize complications and successfully troubleshoot problems when they arise. Apply preventative and alternative treatment strategies for possible procedural complications.
Complete pre-op appointments for all surgical patients, work with supervising physician to ensure all required labs, clearances and testing is satisfactorily complete well before surgery.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years experience as a Physician Assistant required with a high degree of clinical judgment
Masters, Bachelors Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
