At Consultorio Medico Hispano we are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
  • Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and pap tests (if applicable).
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
  • Active state licensure and certification in Georgia (or eligibility).
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in primary care is preferred; new grads with a strong passion for primary care are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends as part of the schedule.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
