Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Perform minor procedures and assist with specialized treatments as required.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current state licensure and certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
