We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and compassionate Physician Assistant to join Dr. CV and the team at Aesthera Plastic Surgery. You’ll work closely with Dr. CV, an experienced and compassionate surgeon, to provide outstanding care for each patient, from consultation through recovery. Your role will include a mix of clinic, surgery, hospital rounding, and minimal after-hours responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance through shared responsibilities with Dr. CV.

Primary Responsibilities
Clinic
- Conduct independent pre-op and post-op visits with support as needed
- Partner with Dr. CV on consults (e.g., breast reconstructions, aesthetic)
- Manage minor procedures with supervision (e.g., TE expansion, drain removals)
- Coordinate care, manage referrals, and collaborate with medical staff on patient inquiries and follow-ups
- Ensure detailed and timely documentation for optimal patient care
Operating Room (OR)
- Serve as first/second assist during surgeries
- Oversee implant orders, OR supplies, and maintain surgical preference cards
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative orders and notes to ensure seamless patient care
Hospital and Call
- Take after-hours calls and round on patients during assigned weekends, sharing the schedule with Dr. CV
- Provide compassionate hospital care, ensuring patients feel supported and safe

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
