We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and compassionate Physician Assistant to join Dr. CV and the team at Aesthera Plastic Surgery. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated PA to become part of a practice that values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and an uplifting work environment. At Aesthera, we provide a blend of reconstructive and cosmetic surgical services with a strong focus on personalized, holistic care in an outpatient setting.

Our ideal candidate brings a passion for patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with Dr. CV, an experienced and compassionate surgeon, to provide outstanding care for each patient, from consultation through recovery. Your role will include a mix of clinic, surgery, hospital rounding, and minimal after-hours responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance through shared responsibilities with Dr. CV.

Why Join Us?

  • Inspiring Work Environment: Work in a welcoming, supportive setting that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
  • Diverse Experience: Gain broad exposure to both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a practice that values compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
  • Balanced Schedule: With minimal after-hours call and shared weekend responsibilities, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling role while having time to recharge.

Primary Responsibilities

Clinic

  • Conduct independent pre-op and post-op visits with support as needed
  • Partner with Dr. CV on consults (e.g., breast reconstructions, aesthetic)
  • Manage minor procedures with supervision (e.g., TE expansion, drain removals)
  • Coordinate care, manage referrals, and collaborate with medical staff on patient inquiries and follow-ups
  • Ensure detailed and timely documentation for optimal patient care

Operating Room (OR)

  • Serve as first/second assist during surgeries
  • Oversee implant orders, OR supplies, and maintain surgical preference cards
  • Assist with preoperative and postoperative orders and notes to ensure seamless patient care

Hospital and Call

  • Take after-hours calls and round on patients during assigned weekends, sharing the schedule with Dr. CV
  • Provide compassionate hospital care, ensuring patients feel supported and safe

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and caring PA to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment. Please have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in surgical practice and be able to start Summer 2025. If you’re ready to join a practice where patient care, collaboration, and a positive work culture are at the forefront, we’d love to hear from you!
