At Consultorio Medico Hispano we are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and pap tests (if applicable).
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
- Active state licensure and certification in Georgia (or eligibility).
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required.
- 2 years of clinical experience in primary care is preferred; new grads with a strong passion for primary care are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work rotating weekends as part of the schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
