Job Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner: Join our healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner where you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in conducting physical assessments, managing airways, and providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in hospitals, hospice palliative medicine, and memory care facilities. Duties: – Conduct thorough physical assessments and gather medical histories – Develop and execute personalized patient care plans – Engage in clinical research to improve patient outcomes – Manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively – Educate and offer support to patients and their families – Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care – Utilize electronic health record systems like Cerner for accurate documentation – Administer prescribed medications and treatments proficiently – Specialize in areas such as sonography, infectious disease care, and health coaching – Demonstrate expertise in neonatal ventilator use, OR procedures, lift techniques, and airway management – Ensure compliance with sterile processing protocols in clinical procedures – Provide expert care in hospital medicine and triage situations Skills: – Proficiency in sonography for diagnostic purposes – Experience in infectious disease care management – Strong health coaching abilities for patient education – Knowledge of neonatal ventilator operation for critical care situations – Familiarity with OR procedures for surgical support – Ability to lift patients safely when necessary – Expertise in airway management techniques for emergency situations – Understanding of sterile processing standards for infection control – Experience in hospital medicine practices for comprehensive patient care – Skill in triage procedures for efficient patient assessment Requirements: – Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution – Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license and certification – Demonstrated experience in clinical settings, preferably hospitals or specialized care facilities – Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team – Proficiency in evidence-based practice guidelines – Prior experience in memory care or pediatric nursing is advantageous If you are a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services and possess the required skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. *Note: This is a paid position.* **Keywords: Sonography, Infectious disease care, Health coaching, Neonatal ventilator, OR, Lift, Airway management, Sterile processing, Hospital medicine, Triage**
