Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing pain patients, recommending interventional procedures, performing select procedures, and participating in regenerative and wellness treatments including peptide therapy.
Position Overview
The Physician Assistant will work closely with our physicians to evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain, develop treatment plans, perform office-based procedures, and guide patients through regenerative and wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation & Pain Management
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic interpretation
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions including spinal, joint, and musculoskeletal disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Educate patients on treatment options including conservative therapy, interventional procedures, and regenerative therapies
- Procedural Care
- Perform and assist with office-based procedures including:
- Trigger point injections
- Joint injections (shoulder, knee, hip, etc.)
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- PRP and regenerative injections
- Ultrasound-guided injections (preferred)
Assist physicians with advanced interventional procedures such as:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Spinal procedures
Regenerative & Wellness Medicine
- Evaluate patients for regenerative therapies including PRP and biologic treatments
- Educate patients on peptide therapy and metabolic optimization programs
- Develop and monitor peptide therapy protocols under physician supervision
- Participate in wellness consultations related to recovery, performance, and longevity
Treatment Planning & Care Coordination
- Recommend appropriate procedures based on clinical findings
- Coordinate imaging, therapy, and procedural scheduling
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the EMR
Qualifications
Required
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Georgia license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical evaluation and procedural skills
Preferred
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine, or PM&R
- Experience with ultrasound-guided injections
- Interest in regenerative medicine and peptide therapy
