Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our team. As a bilingual healthcare professional, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese will ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care and understanding.The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and be able to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
- Assist in surgical procedures and minor office-based procedures
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make treatment recommendations
- Provide care for senior patients with a focus on their unique needs
- Utilize medical imaging for diagnostic purposes
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members in both English and Vietnamese, ensuring clear understanding and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to interpret diagnostic tests accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.

Pay: $94,253.00 – $101,782.00 per year
