Position Overview:
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to step into an established, high-demand role following a provider transition. This is a great opportunity to walk into a steady patient base, work alongside experienced pediatricians, and quickly become part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
This position offers a predictable weekday schedule, light shared call, and the ability to focus on outpatient pediatrics without hospital responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, team-oriented, and excited about building long-term relationships in a community-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients, families, and the care team
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, fellow providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Participate in shared call and occasional weekend coverage (light, rotating schedule)
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Georgia licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Mid-level to seasoned pediatric experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care
