Full Job Description
Integrated Psychiatric Services is a well established and growing Child, Adolescent and Adult outpatient psychiatric practice based in Alpharetta GA located right off Exit 10 (Old Milton Pkwy). We serve psychiatric patients of all ages. The practice is run by Dr. Sonali Bora who has served as the Chief of Psychiatry at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA).
We have an opportunity for a full time or part time Mental Health Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant -Certified. We are looking for someone who is committed, compassionate and a team player for this position. The Nurse Practitioner or PA will be working closely with the psychiatrist. Experience with Child and Adolescent patients is a big plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose illness
2. Propose treatment plan
3. Prescribe medication(s)
4. Maintain accurate patient records.
