Vitalounge is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Physician Assistant who is deeply passionate about preventive medicine, patient-centered care, and advancing the future of wellness.
This role is not entry-level. We are looking for a practitioner who already has hands-on experience in integrative and functional therapies and is ready to step into a collaborative, high-autonomy environment where clinical excellence and continued growth are expected.

Required Experience & Clinical Focus
Applicants should have prior experience with several of the following (not theoretical or observational only):
- Nutrient IV Therapy & injectable therapies
- Personalized treatment planning
- Anti-aging & longevity medicine
- Peptide therapy
- GLP-1 medications for metabolic health
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (male & female wellness optimization)
- Functional lab interpretation and wellness-based diagnostics
This role is best suited for clinicians who already understand these therapies and want to expand, refine, and lead in this space.What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations with a functional medicine lens
- Develop and manage individualized wellness and treatment plans
- Oversee IV therapy protocols and injectable treatments
- Guide patients through anti-aging, metabolic, and longevity programs
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff across all locations
- Contribute clinically to the growth and evolution of Vitalounge’s medical offerings
Practice Model
- Full-time position
- Practitioners support patients across all 4 Vitalounge locations in Central Florida
- Strong clinical autonomy with full support staff in place
- Collaborative environment with experienced RNs and operational support

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
