Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with extensive hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and wellness. The ideal candidate is skilled, confident, outgoing, polished, and patient-focused, with strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
This role blends advanced aesthetic injections, medical wellness, hormone therapy support, and clinical patient evaluations—perfect for an NP/PA who thrives in the anti-aging, regenerative medicine, and med spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Procedures
- Perform advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler injections (minimum 2 years of injecting experience required).
- Execute PDO thread lifts confidently and safely (preferred).
- Deliver device-based treatments including:
- SkinPen microneedling
- Morpheus8 RF microneedling
- Hydrafacial
- Conduct aesthetic consultations with high clinical and artistic judgment.
- Create customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and 4ever Young-style standards.
Medical Wellness & Regenerative Medicine
- Perform physical exams and wellness assessments.
- Conduct blood draws, start IVs, assist with IV therapy protocols.
- Provide support with HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and longevity-focused programs (experience preferred).
- Collaborate with the supervising physician on patient care plans.
Patient Experience, Sales & CRM
- Utilize CRM systems to manage lead conversion and follow-up.
- Educate patients on treatment options and membership/wellness programs.
- Provide exceptional service with a warm, engaging, confident personality.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Leadership & Operations (Preferred)
- Support daily clinical workflows and help maintain high operational standards.
- Assist with team training, patient flow, and protocol execution.
- Management or team lead experience is a strong plus for candidates seeking upward mobility as locations expand.
QualificationsRequired
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience (Botox/Fillers).
- Proven competency with advanced injectables and dermal filler techniques.
- Comfortable performing microneedling, RF microneedling, and hydrafacial treatments.
- Strong patient communication, consultative sales skills, and CRM or EMR experience.
- Ability to draw labs, start IVs, and perform basic medical procedures.
- Polished, professional, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
Preferred
- Experience with PDO threads.
- Med spa or wellness center background.
- Familiarity with HRT protocols and functional medicine concepts.
- Leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
- Passion for longevity, anti-aging, wellness, and regenerative medicine.
