Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Physican Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a PA who is passionate about both occupational health programs (such as physicals, employer wellness and workers’ compensation) and wellness services (such as hormone management, weight loss, IVs, and vitamin optimization). We’re seeking a candidate who can effectively lead and contribute to the expansion of our clinic’s offerings in both areas, ensuring high-quality patient care and business growth.
You will join a clinic with a solid base in occupational health and wellness services. With client demand increasing, your role will help meet this demand.
Through telehealth, we are expanding into new markets. In this role, you will also provide clinical oversight for LPNs and RNs across multiple locations in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health services including physical exams, workers’ compensation assessments, and employer wellness programs.
- Administer treatments, including shots, IV therapy, and medications, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement protocols for medical services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Deliver services both in-person and through telehealth.
- Provide clinical oversight and training to ensure compliance for remote services delivered by LPNs and RNs across multiple locations, through standing orders.
- Collaborate with leadership in new services and patient base expansion.
Qualifications:
- Florida-licensed Physican Assistant with occupational health experience (physical exams, workers’ comp, employer wellness programs).
- Experience in wellness services (hormone management, weight loss, IV therapy) beneficial.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for clinic growth and leadership.
- Experience or willingness to learn telehealth services and protocol development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
