This role will support the Sr. Director, Clinical Operations to target strategy goals that impact clinical and financial metrics. This role will identify areas of clinical development opportunities such as: clinical protocol implementation, documentation requirements, adherence to clinical protocols, supply management, and other clinical and operational activities to ensure quality patient care. Conduct chart reviews and identify trends and opportunities for further education / training. May conduct direct patient care support to identify opportunities and / or to support the field care team. Service as a liaison across the providers, clinical, and operations team to ensure efficient cross functional workflows. Support to research, analyze, and validate clinical data metric and identify process / activities to improve results as identified.

· Implement both individual and team performance goals and incentive programs as designed.
· Provider oversight and manage front line providers care delivery.
· Manage day to day field based clinical operations.
· Conduct performance review, coaching, corrective action, and other team management needs in collaboration with leadership and HR.
· Actively seek feedback from team members to identify opportunities to maintain a positive collaborative culture.
· Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
· Provide in-depth training of organization policies and procedures, use of EMR, ordering supplies, wound care products on formulary, wound care, and debridement.
· Will carry a small load of patients for new clinician training purposes.
· Conduct field support for new providers to master training modules as identified.
· Determine competency of candidates prior to assignment to territories and patients.
· Conduct and support reviews to ensure providers are in alignment with clinical protocols.
· Assist with case reviews and preparation for internal and external rounds.
· Conduct direct care with patients based on organizational needs. Which may include debridement of wounds by sharp, enzymatic, or autolytic methods completed safely during the patient visit, application of topical wound care and associated wound management.
· Recommendation of associated services to improve wound healing outcomes. This includes labs, radiologic tests, vascular tests, referrals, home health care, negative pressure wound therapy devices, orthotics, and other services as required.
· Interpretation of diagnostic test and recommendation of appropriate follow up.
· Recommendations for prescription of required medications and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to facilitate wound healing and/or wound prevention within her/his scope of practice, license and as per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
· Assists with one-on-one training and coaching sessions as assigned.
· Delivery direct patient care and maintain a small caseload.
· Use organization dashboards, analytics, and root cause reporting for the responsible functions and across the organization as applicable.
· Maintain clinical quality integrity program to ensure adherence of workflows, documentation requirements, turnaround times, and other related functions and incorporate into the performance management of team members.
· Support internal and external clinical rounds.
· Ensure provider schedule changes and coverage.
· Maintain current knowledge of wound care and insurance plans.
· Role model approach to patient education and delivery of patient education materials as identified.
· Attends required meetings and participated as a committee member as requested.
· Assist with special projects as needed.
· Collaborates with various levels of team members across the organization to improve clinical operations effectiveness.
· Coordinate in a matrixed reporting structure to complete job functions.
· NP or PA with valid license for current state of operation.
· 5 + years’ experience at the advanced practice level.
· Wound Care Certification and / or obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
· Experience with direct management of employees including interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring, etc.
· Ability to set priorities while managing multiple tasks.
· Analytical skills to assess data, make informed decisions, and develop effective plans both at the patient and operational design level.
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
· Strong computer skills and proficient in MS work, excel, power point.
· Willing to travel within regionals and across states as needed.
· Demonstrate ability to work in a team, foster positive work environment, willingness to assist team members to achieve company goals.
· Works independently, multi-tasks, and meets deadlines in a demanding environment with frequent changes in priorities.
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· Program and operational process improvement experience.
Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting to 50 lbs. Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Travel Requirements: as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $132,000.00 per year
