Job SummaryWe are seeking a Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) to join our clinical team, starting with weekend coverage and the opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities as the practice continues to grow.
Position Overview
The PA or NP will work collaboratively with our medical team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This role is ideal for a provider who is motivated, confident, and excited to grow within a modern medical spa and wellness setting.
Initial schedule will include weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday). Additional weekday hours may become available based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and medical evaluations
- Review labs, vitals, health histories, and treatment eligibility
- Prescribe and manage medications per protocol (including weight loss and wellness treatments)
- Perform or oversee aesthetic and wellness services as trained
- Educate patients on treatment plans, risks, benefits, and expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and clinical regulations
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
Experience
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Interest in wellness, weight loss, and/or aesthetic medicine (experience preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Professional, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are preferred. This Physician Assistant role is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare services across multiple specialties within a reputable facility committed to excellence in patient outcomes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
