Job Title: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Concierge Medical Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping patients achieve their health goals. This role offers a flexible work schedule with both telehealth and in-person visits.
Responsibilities:
– Perform history and physicals (H&P) for new patients
– Conduct initial and follow-up appointments in the clinic or TeleHeath
– Manage patient inquiries related to diet, exercise, nutrition, and medications within the clinic’s scope
– Maintain monthly check-ins with assigned patients and build strong relationships
– Be proficient with clinic’s EHR to manage all patient communications and maintain progress notes
– Schedule follow up patient bloodwork
– Review EFORCE for controlled medications
– Be proficient with clinic’s point of sale (POS)
– Work with vendors to maintain consistent standards and ensure patient satisfaction
– Report moderate or major issues to the Medical Director and clinic owner
Qualifications:
– Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Florida
– Active DEA certification for controlled substances
– Experience in hormone optimization, weight loss, nutrition, and exercise
– Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple patients concurrently

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
