Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team!

Experienced medical provider with a background in orthopedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, and PRP.

Our APRN / PA position is a hands-on role building close relationships with our patients while treating their direct issues with a consultative approach.

The position will serve as a leader for the organization, working along the Medical Director, in the establishment of medical protocols and expansion of service for the practice. The candidate will serve as a representative of the company and assist with the evaluation and training of other skilled medical providers.

– Consult and treat approximately 5 -10 patients a day

– Work 1 or 2 days per week, with opportunities for additional days / hours

Responsibilities for the ARNP / PA include

  • Conduct consultations and provide recommendations on treatment plans
  • Obtain detailed medical histories, perform comprehensive Sport medicine/Orthopedic physical examinations and provide direct patient care to a specified patient population.
  • Administer Joint injections, IV administration, PRP, Laser Therapy in an out-patient setting.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of advanced medical treatments and clinical results in the field of regenerative medicine. Provide education to patients on natural biologics, peptide therapy, and laser therapy.
  • Monitor patients’ progress, conduct care calls, and make necessary adjustments to their care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently
  • Phlebotomy and IV placement
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Florida Medical License
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
