Our multidisciplinary team blends medical excellence with holistic principles, allowing providers to build meaningful relationships and address the full spectrum of health—physical, emotional, and spiritual.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with the Clinic’s Medical Director in an outpatient setting serving adult and geriatric patients. This role is ideal for a provider who values time with patients, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and participation in a supportive care team.
Position OverviewThe NP/PA will provide comprehensive outpatient care, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and support improved patient outcomes through integrative, whole-person medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one patient visits with a focus on physical, emotional, and overall well-being
- Perform histories and physical examinations
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of health and wellness concerns
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and radiology studies
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director on individualized treatment plans
- Engage patients and families through clear communication and education
- Contribute to continuous improvement in quality, safety, and care coordination
- Demonstrate leadership within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida license as an ARNP or PA (required)
- Strong clinical judgment with excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based clinical environment
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; motivated candidates with other backgrounds will be considered

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
