- Assignment Dates: ASAP – Ongoing
- Schedule: Flexible (minimum of 4 shifts a month)
- Facility Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8a – 8p
Provider Requirements:
- License: Current FL State License & Unrestricted DEA
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Capabilities: Must be able to treat patients of all ages
