As a private practice, we work closely with both local hospitals and have ownership in the Red Hills Surgical Center. The group has a team of 60 staff and this includes a clinical team of 5 physicians/surgeons, three APRN’s and 6 audiologists. We offer a positive work environment, a progressive clinical setting along with a competitive salary, health insurance, excellent benefits and 3 weeks of PTO per year to start. Each nurse practitioner/physician assistant has personalized one-on-one training with the physicians and we invest in your time to learn over 90 days of training before you start seeing patients. There is always a physician IN the office at all times. Interested in surgery? There are opportunities to learn how to scrub in on certain procedures with the physicians and train as a First Assist. This is not required but optional if you would like to do so. We will train you! The nurse practitioner must be Family certified and willing to see some pediatric patients. Call rotation is 7 days a month which includes one weekend per month WITH one of the physicians and consists mainly of telephone triage.
