Your Role as a Physician Assistant:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, including preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a team-oriented setting.
- Autonomy in Care – Provide direct patient care with physician oversight available as needed.
- Structured Patient Visits – 30-minute slots for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care.
