Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and managing treatment plans. This position requires a strong background in various medical fields, including infectious disease care, senior care, and medical-surgical practices. The APRN will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
  • Manage utilization of healthcare resources effectively to enhance patient care.
  • Perform catheterization procedures as required for patient treatment.
  • Operate neonatal ventilators and provide care for critically ill neonates.
  • Engage in clinical research activities to contribute to advancements in medical practices.
  • Provide care for senior patients, addressing their unique health challenges.
  • Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant).
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical evaluation.
  • Experience with utilization management processes.
  • Proficiency in catheterization techniques and neonatal ventilator operation is preferred.
  • Background in clinical research is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with senior care practices and medical-surgical environments.
  • Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Understanding of medical office operations and administrative procedures.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
