OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care across various specialties, including primary care, urgent care, hospital medicine, and specialty areas such as critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and palliative medicine. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered services in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to supporting patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and ongoing management within a hospital or outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical histories
- Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Administer injections, medications, IV infusions, and manage airway procedures as needed
- Document clinical findings accurately within EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- Support clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts for quality improvement or trials
- Maintain proficiency in CPT coding and ICD coding for billing purposes
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Skilled in performing physical examinations and patient assessments across diverse populations
- Competence in medical coding (CPT/ICD) for billing accuracy
- Experience with telehealth platforms is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Pay: $100,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
