Basis Medical & Aesthetics is hiring a Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Delray Beach office. We are passionate about overall wellness for our patients and seek someone who shares that passion! We are growing and expanding rapidly. Experience with hormone therapy and IV’s is required. Open to training the right candidate on dermal fillers and botox, Coolsculpting, and lasers.
Must be confident, comfortable in sales, artistic, and a self-starter eager to grow your practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic treatments and consultations including, but not limited to, lasers and injectables such as Botox and Fillers (Allergan) Kybella, Coolsculpting, Vitamin IV therapy, Hormone Optimization Therapy.
- Manage all expectations by educating the client on the number of treatments, expected results, side effects, and post-treatment instructions.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client. Ensure that all medical professionals understand and follow the correct protocol and maintain effective documentation and email etiquette.
- Maintain knowledge of all aesthetic procedures offered within the practice and promote services
- Follow, implement, and maintain policies and regulations
- Conduct and maintain professional standards. Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- State of Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients
- Outgoing attitude with a desire to grow the business

Training:
- The practitioner will have access and training with our Medical Director who is a top 250 Allergan account. Basis will provide training with Allergan as well as outside opportunities to be the best in their field.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
