Physician Assistant (PA) – Medical Disability Evaluations

No Treatment | No On-Call | Predictable Schedule
Are you a Physician Assistant looking for a meaningful, non-traditional role with better work-life balance? Join IMA in an evaluation-only position supporting veterans seeking compensation for service-related medical and psychological conditions.
This role allows you to use your clinical expertise without patient panels, prescribing, or on-call responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for veterans
  • Review medical records, diagnostics, and ancillary testing
  • Prepare VA-compliant medical opinions and reports
  • Submit evaluations using IMA’s streamlined digital platform

Qualifications

  • Active Physician Assistant license
  • Master’s degree in PA Studies
  • Clinical PA experience
  • Preferred backgrounds: Family Med, EM, IM, Occ Med, PM&R, Orthopedics
