PSYCHPLUS is seeking an experiencedPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (*PMHNP)* to join our inpatient behavioral health team in East Orlando, FL. This is an on-site, full-time role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatry or behavioral health
- Active Florida PMHNP license
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, or acute mental health settings
- Ability to work on-site in East Orlando, FL
Compensation
- Salary Range (W-2): $120,000 – $160,000 per year
- Compensation based on experience
- 1099 contract option available
