Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans- Perform procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and health coaching- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and medication management- Assist with minor surgical procedures in the office or hospital setting- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and therapists- Provide care for patients in various settings, such as nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, or the ICU
Experience:- Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant is preferred- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner)- Familiarity with medical office procedures and aseptic techniques- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its usage- Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest medical advancements and treatment options
