OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant with expertise in non-surgical aesthetic treatments to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced aesthetic procedures, including GLP-1 therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, peptides, hormone therapy, exosomes, stem cell treatments, PRP, microneedling, and weight loss management. This role requires a strong understanding of aesthetic medicine and the ability to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and artistry.
- Perform advanced procedures, including microneedling, PRP therapy, and exosome treatments.
- Oversee weight loss programs, including GLP-1 therapy and peptide-based treatments.
- Provide patient education on skincare, anti-aging treatments, and wellness optimization.
- Assist in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) consultations and management.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care, including before-and-after photos and medical records.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the delivery of aesthetic services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with licensure in [State].
- Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables and advanced procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and the ability to assess and treat patients safely and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Aesthetic treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
- PA-C (Preferred)
- Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
