Position Overview:
As a Physician Assistant with NIVA Health, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing exceptional in-home wound care services. This unique opportunity involves extensive travel throughout the greater metropolitan area, allowing you to bring your expertise directly to patients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Independently conduct comprehensive wound care assessments for patients in-home settings.
– Prescribe and implement treatment modalities while monitoring intervention effectiveness.
– Maintain accurate records and schedules, ensuring seamless patient care.
– Provide patient education on wound care, health conditions, and prescribed medications.
– Promote good health practices and contribute to professional knowledge and research.
Qualifications:
– PA-C (Required)
– Physician Assistant License (Required)
– Wound care experience required; Certification in Wound Care highly desirable.
– Excellent clinical and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and travel extensively throughout the greater metropolitan area.

Pay Structure, Perks, and Benefits:
-The annual compensation for this position is determined by results and consists of a combination of base pay and bonuses. The standard base salary ranges between $120,000 and $150,000, and there is an opportunity to earn additional enrichment bonuses, potentially reaching a total of $200,000.
