Position Overview:We are seeking a licensed and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality medical care in a supportive, wellness-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a provider who values a holistic approach to health and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical evaluations and consultations for weight loss and wellness patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management (e.g., GLP-1s like semaglutide or tirzepatide)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle changes to support sustainable weight loss
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with the clinical and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in [Insert State]
- DEA license and ability to prescribe medications
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Passion for preventive health, wellness, and empowering patients
