Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our founder and primary physician, to deliver high-quality patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a provider who values leadership, collaboration, patient engagement, and making a meaningful impact in the community. In addition to direct patient care, the PA/NP will coordinate and provide guidance to medical assistants, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including

obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams, and ordering and interpreting

diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in

collaboration with the MD, addressing both acute and chronic conditions.

Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with

Florida state laws, ensuring safe and effective use.

Job Description: Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Patient Education: Provide education on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and disease management to promote long-term health and wellness.

Procedural Care: Perform minor medical procedures as needed, such as wound care

and suturing.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR),

ensuring comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee medical assistants, ensuring they are

properly trained, informed, and supported in their roles.

Clinic Operations: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to improve clinic

workflows, optimize patient care, and maintain efficiency.

Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives

to promote health awareness and education.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensure: Active and unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse

Practitioner (NP) in the state of Florida.

Education: Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program with board certification.

Experience: , or internal medicine and/ or Women’ s care setting is preferred. However, new graduates with strong clinical skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a warm, welcoming, and

patient-centered approach.

Leadership Ability: Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating medical

assistants or other clinical staff is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATHENA (EHR) systems.

Cultural Competency: Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population,

demonstrating cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is a bonus and highly valued.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Practice Hours: Monday-Friday : 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

(Closed on weekends)

Schedule: Shifts are 4×10’s 7:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-7pm

or 5 days 9am- 5:30pm

Open to Part time or Full Time

(8) Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
