Physician Assistant – Hair Transplant / Hair Restoration

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing hair restoration and medical aesthetics practice. This role focuses on assisting and performing hair transplant procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience before, during, and after treatment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working hands-on in procedural and aesthetic medicine.
Responsibilities
- Assist in and perform hair transplant procedures under physician supervision
- Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and pre-procedure assessments
- Assist with graft extraction, graft placement, and procedural flow
- Administer local anesthesia as directed
- Provide patient education, post-procedure instructions, and follow-up care
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate medical records and procedural documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active PA license (or ability to obtain licensure in [State])
- Prior experience in hair restoration, aesthetics, dermatology, or procedural medicine preferred (Training available for the right candidate)
- Experience with minor surgical or cosmetic procedures a plus
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
