The Role:We’re seeking warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Greeters and Hosts/Hostesses who thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating exceptional first impressions. As the face of our restaurants, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love connecting with people, and enjoy being part of a team that values excellence and creativity, we’d love to meet you.
You Are:
- Experienced in upscale or high-volume hospitality environments
- Proficient with reservation platforms such as OpenTable, and skilled in managing guest flow and seating logistics. (Not Required, we can train on all platforms used)
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional first impressions
- Dedicated to learning and sharing our menu, ethos, and culinary philosophy
- A natural host with a warm, engaging, and professional presence
- Excited to contribute to a team that values sustainability, creativity, and community
Compensation & Growth:We offer $24-$26/hour for greeters depending on experience and performance. Part-time work is available. We offer family meal every day for our staff as well and are dedicated to creating a positive work culture.
Cross-Training Opportunities:We’re proud to invest in our team’s growth. Servers at Los Félix and Krüs Kitchen are encouraged to cross-train between both concepts, expanding their knowledge, refining their service skills, and gaining hands-on experience across roles.
