Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides high-quality direct patient care to assigned outpatient and inpatient populations. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care while practicing at the top of your license.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results

  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations

  • Perform and assist with medical and interventional procedures as appropriate

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and procedures

  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical team members

  • Respond calmly and effectively to urgent and emergent clinical situations

  • Uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

  • Current national certification as an NP or PA

  • Active, unrestricted state licensure

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostics, and patient care documentation

  • Excellent communication and patient education skills

  • Comfort using electronic health records and standard computer applications

  • Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care
