About the Role

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a provider who is excited to offer compassionate care in a family practice setting with a strong emphasis on addiction medicine. You’ll work directly with Dr. Hoffman and our team to provide holistic care, support women’s health needs, and grow your own patient base.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their career in a long-term, stable environment. Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for a provider who wants to grow along with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
• Support women’s health services, including women’s wellness exams (Pap smears, etc.).
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients to support their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with Dr. Hoffman and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Use eClinicalWorks (EHR/EMR system) to document patient care (experience with eClinicalWorks is a big plus).

• Passionate about Family Practice and Addiction Medicine. If you have experience in these areas, great! If not, Dr. Hoffman is ready to support your learning in addiction medicine.
• Experienced in Family Practice and able to offer care for patients of all ages.
• Skilled in women’s health services, with the ability to provide wellness exams like Pap smears.
• Tech-savvy and efficient with EHR systems, with experience using EclinicalWorks a plus.
• Relationship-driven and community-minded, able to engage and build lasting patient relationships.
• Dedicated to long-term career growth — we’re seeking someone ready to join us for the next chapter of their career.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
