DESCRIPTION: LifeChoices Family Medical is seeking a candidate who is eager to join our efforts. The nurse practitioner/physician assistant will offer a full-range of functional/holistic family practice services including pediatrics, adults and geriatrics. LifeChoices reaches to all faith denominations but adheres to the teaching of the Catholic Church and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services as outlined by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
The nurse practitioner/physician assistant will be part of a dynamic healthcare team consisting of one family med physician, one family med nurse practitioner, a women’s health nurse practitioner, nurses/medical assistants, sonographer, administrative and clerical staff. Opportunities for community outreach including collaboration with area pro-life centers and opportunities to precept nurse practitioners students.
Position Requirements
Certified in Family Practice
Adherence to the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services outlined by the USCCB
Spanish speaking is a plus
Functional/Holistic training is a plus
