Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine diagnosis and treatment
• Demonstrates ability to determine abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as radiologic or laboratory studies, and then accurately interpreting the test results.
• Visiting numerous SNL’s and ALF’s to administer patient care.
• Evaluate, develop and implement appropriate patient management and treatment plans.
• Coordinates and communicates patient care effectively with other healthcare professionals to meet patients healthcare needs.
• Performing routine health maintenance activities for new and established patients.

Experience

• Proven experience working within senior care facilities.
• Hands-on experience with procedures including suturing, phlebotomy, IV infusions, and basic life support techniques.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate billing and documentation purposes.
• Experience administering injections, performing diagnostic evaluations, and managing acute or chronic conditions for geriatric patients. Join us to make a meaningful impact on patient lives through energetic teamwork and expert medical practice!

Pay: $70,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
