Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Surgical Gynecology team. This role offers the opportunity to work across our three key subspecialties: Gynecologic Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), and Urogynecology. The APP will collaborate with our specialized surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, providing comprehensive patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- First-assisting in the operating room across subspecialties
- Rounding and managing gynecologic surgery inpatients
- Participating in a rotating call schedule (1 in 6 weeks)
- Conducting independent APP clinic to assess, treat, and follow up with patients

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP, ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
