Located in Jacksonville, FL, Lakeview Health is a JCAHO accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, alcoholism, and associated mental disorders. The Lakeview Health’s alcohol and drug addiction treatment center was created to provide those persons suffering from drug addiction, alcoholism, and dual disorders with a suitable drug rehab environment in order to produce quality long term recovery. The touchstone of Lakeview’s addiction treatment center is found in our ability to separate symptoms from core issues, while effectively treating the whole person.
We are currently seeking a dynamic ARNP or a PA to join our medical team. In this position you will be responsible for providing high quality patient care that meets or exceed the standards and guidelines recommended by JCAHO and other regulatory and payer groups. This position will directly report to the Chief of Staff of the company.
Requirements:
- Florida Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or a valid state of Florida PA License
- Experience in addiction, chemical dependence and psychiatric care is a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
**This position will be required to take a rotating weekend schedule and on-call schedule**
- Weeks that the provider works the weekend, they will have 2 days off during the week to provide a work/life balance.
- Providers are expected to take call 1 day a week. Call is via phone and does not require coming into the facility.
